Dear Parishioners,
Every January, we begin the year with an Annual Meeting during which we review our parish life, our spiritual and community plans and importantly, voice our input. This past year has been one of many challenges not only for us as a church family but for many of our parishioners. Coming together in our Annual Meeting offers us an opportunity for us all to share our thoughts and collectively shape our parish direction for this year.
As we all know, with the ongoing pandemic, we cannot safely gather in person for this important parish event. Rather, we will gather in our 287th Annual Meeting together from the comforts of our home, connected through the gift of modern technology. We invite you to join St. Peter’s Vestry and your St. Peter’s family on January 31st at 11:30 am for our virtual Annual Meeting. A Zoom invitation was emailed previously (If you need the Zoom link please email office@stpetershebron.com). For those new to Zoom you can access it a computer, laptop or iPad by simply clicking on the highlighted link below. If you have a smart phone you can call in via one of the phone numbers and enter the meeting ID and the passcode when prompted. You can log on starting at 11:15 for our 11:30 start time.
To help you prepare for our gathering, we will send the 2021 Annual Report soon. As always, the Annual Report includes minutes from our prior year Annual Meeting, the planned budget, reports from key commissions and the slate of vestry candidates.
