Bishop Suffragan Laura Ahrens visits St. Peter's

On Sunday, September 27, 2009 we were blessed to have with us the Right Reverend Laura Ahrens, Bishop Suffragan of the Episcopal Diocese of Connecticut.  Bishop Ahrens celebrated the Holy Eucharist at the 10:00 service, talked with the children about her vestments and then went outside to consecrate our new Memorial Garden.  It was a very rainy day, but a happy one, none the less!
